Apply for good

In countries all over the world, students don't have access to the educational platforms and materials they need. Teams competing in the Young Lions competition (like us) were asked to solve this. We needed to convince people to donate their skills to help build these platforms. Spoiler alert: we won.

How? We realized that every day, major technology companies like Google and Amazon ask their prospective employees to complete skills tests, where they create something that demonstrates their technical abilities. And instead of just completing throw-away sample projects, those tests could be used to develop educational technology. So that's what we proposed.

Now, the most talented engineers, developers and designers in the world won't just apply for jobs; they’ll apply for good.
